Responsibilities
Manage all facets of project management (budget, schedule, communication, procurement, quality & risk).
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring successful performance against deliverables and timeframes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
Develop and manage project budgets and resource allocation.
Create, maintain, and disseminate project plans, project information, and project status reports to stakeholders; Drive effective partnership, communication, collaboration, and commitment across internal and external teams.
Closely work with all team members to understand and identify key interdependencies and critical roadblocks, identify potential issues, and appropriately align with the needs of the organization.
Identifies and communicates key project issues/concerns and makes recommendations.
Ensures roles and responsibilities are clearly communicated to those applicable and takes responsibility for progress/setbacks.
Implements communication plan for meetings and written reports/meeting minutes to keep client and project resources informed. Facilitates project meetings.
Collaborate to identify, devise, and implement continuous improvements to processes, systems, policies/procedures, training, and guidance documents.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required; master’s degree preferred. Additional and directly relevant experience may be substituted for some or all the degree requirements.
3-5 years of project management experience.
PMP Certification (Required)
Strong presentation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with an ability to work effectively with cross-functional staff and teams.
High level of customer service.
Work effectively both independently and within a team.
Organizational skills, strong analytical skills, and the ability to identify and manage priorities.
Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of project management technology tools and continually seek opportunities to develop your skillset.
