Responsibilities

Be a core member of the reviews team, working on impactful customer-facing features

Work on review capture displayed on customers' websites and within the product

Contribute to high-scale systems for serving the reviews product efficiently on customers' websites

Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data Science teams to enhance customer experience

Product focused engineer - with experience defining the what, why and how of what you’re building. You are comfortable making product decisions and navigating ambiguity.

Thrives in a startup/entrepreneurial type environment that is fast paced, customer focused, and strategic.

Experienced in technical leadership and seeing large projects through to completion.

Have a strong background in full stack software engineering with experience building and improving products

Enjoy working with new technologies ranging from the frontend to backend, and are particularly passionate and an expert in multiple stack areas. You show this by having strong and opinionated experience with various technologies and know how to pick the right tool for any job.

Have worked in a cross team capacity with multiple stakeholders while driving decisions to technical completion.

Experience with TypeScript, React, Python, Django, Celery, MySQL, Postgres, Redis, Amazon Web Services (EC2, RDS, Aurora, etc.), Terraform, and other DevOps tools
