Responsibilities
Develop customer-facing website features aligned with UX best practices and business goals.
Implement modern frontend development best practices, ensuring clean, maintainable code and cross-browser compatibility.
Contribute to the e-commerce product roadmap, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth while aligning with company objectives.
Manage all A/B testing on the website, leveraging customer data to formulate hypotheses, conduct tests, analyze results, and iterate based on findings.
Write A/B tests using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Identify user journey pain points and propose creative, data-informed recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
Collaborate with developers, designers, and marketing teams to prioritize UX and customer journey improvements.
Report and monitor website KPIs, providing actionable insights.
Manage multiple projects from planning through to execution and delivery.

Required
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Marketing, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field) or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Vue.js).
1+ years of experience managing high-growth Shopify Plus storefronts, collaborating with design and engineering teams.
1+ years of experience with A/B or personalization platforms like Dynamic Yield, VWO, Google Optimize, etc.
Strong understanding of UX/UI fundamentals and best practices.
Experience with analytics tools such as GA4, Hotjar, Content Square, etc.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex technical topics to a non-technical audience.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Deep empathy for customers and their digital product experiences.
