Responsibilities

Sets up initial project schedules and cost estimates in Procore

Prepares initial team-based 'Portfolio' Procore webpage for the weekly senior project review meeting

Writes and issues design and construction RFP's in conjunction with appropriate project team members

Formally requests quotes through Procore linked to a project and a fund account

Prepares commitments for execution confirming master agreement and funding status'

Assumes overall management of projects from inception to final turn-over to end-user and operations.

Requires presence on the Rose Hill and Lincoln Center campuses for various project-related activities

Guides work of other employees who perform essentially the same work and/or student workers

Organizes, sets priorities, schedules, and reviews work, but is generally not responsible for final decisions in hiring, performance management, or compensation

Additional functions include bidding, knowledge of agency processes, construction scheduling, construction financials, pre-construction activities, and change orders review

Required

Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or architecture.

5 to 10 years of experience in project management of both interior and ground-up construction.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Procore

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Good sense of office decorum and workflows.
