Responsibilities
Lead a team in developing, defining, and implementing cohesive program/product plans
Identify needed resources, define major program roles, and establish budget and schedule baselines
Manage cross-functional program teams from design to release for customers
Balance program risks and opportunities to meet technical requirements and budgets

Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 8 years relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years relevant experience to meet managerial expectations
Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance is required at time of hire
U.S. citizenship is required
Strong knowledge of products and technologies including current and potential applications
Skilled in the development and implementation of product/program strategy and tactics
Experience developing cost baselines, program schedules in MS Project, and risk plans
Skilled in managing technical projects to a cost and schedule baseline using Earned Value Management (EVMS) principles
Familiarity with managing proposals: proposal management and cost proposal development
Exceptional communication skills to relay issues, impacts, and corrective actions on programs to internal and external representatives
