Responsibilities

Define program objectives and roadmap strategy within respective Sales Excellence capability area
Manage day-to-day operations of Sales training programs and support in coordination with respective Sales Learning Business Partners
Collaborate with Sales LBPs and Pan-J&J IM Sales Excellence Lead to direct the planning, implementation, and management of projects in accordance with strategic demand plan for J&J IM L&D
Develop program deployment plan/schedule for assigned areas based on demand plan and any ad hoc priorities
Liaise with J&J IM Learning Experience and Enablement team to ensure all activities related to development of content, delivery support, and LMS tasks are completed
Track and manage allocated budget for program
Execute the ongoing maintenance for Sales Excellence capability portfolio / programs based on Sales LBP guidance to ensure up-to-date Sales Excellence capability offerings
Have deep expertise on Sales Excellence capabilities and stay up-to-date with evolving business strategy and dynamic shifts in internal/external talent market
Act as a key liaison for Design and Development team resources as needed to design and deliver quality learning solutions, and ensure the standards are being met
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the Sales Excellence capability programs in coordination with respective LBPs, and continuously update programs in alignment with the J&J IM L&D strategy and direction
Conduct facilitation for Sales training sessions

Required

Bachelor's Degree
3+ years of project management experience is required
2+ years of learning & development experience is required
Experience with sales principles required
Ability to create consultative business partnerships and to collaborate with business leaders to ensure superior business results is required.
Experience managing a budget is required
Business experience and industry knowledge to influence company/franchise level decisions and strategies on how best to develop talent required.
Ability to lead cross-functional work teams is required.
Excellent project management, leadership, influence management, collaboration, organizational, and communication skills are required.

Preferred

Experience with curriculum maintenance preferred.
Experience with learning delivery and facilitation preferred.
Experience evaluating learning program effectiveness preferred.
Experience with Sales Capability Development L&D is preferred.
2+ years of Leadership experience preferred
