Responsibilities

Collaborate with Injection Molding, PET Blow Molding, and HDPE Extrusion teams on continuous improvement projects.

Develop and implement smart manufacturing solutions, audit programs, and corrective actions.

Lead the development and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS).

Implement training programs on Food Safety and Quality standards.

Analyze data to improve machine and product performance.

Establish and maintain calibration programs for production equipment.

Troubleshoot product defects using material behavior principles.

Required

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field

Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) principles and practices

Working knowledge of ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, and AIB International standards (a plus)

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public

Preferred

CAD/CAM software, and 3D printing experience
