Responsibilities

Manage a few projects in various stages from initiation to close ensuring project success and achieving project objectives.

Ability to switch back and forth as Project Manager and Scrum Master as the projects need.

Create and maintain budgeting for projects including month over month review.

Conduct team meetings and influences and coaches the team on Agile mindset.

Addresses impediments and resolves or escalates as needed.

Lead, coach and motivate project team members on a proactive basis.

Escalate issues and risks as appropriate according to the Project Management Plan processes.

Lead cross-functional project teams, delegate project tasks and hold team accountable to deadlines.

Drive continuous improvement in project management process.

Assist in the process of balancing the interdependencies.

Collaborate with Product team on updates.

Required

7+ years’ work experience in project management experience who can manage complex $MM projects in Agile/Waterfall.

Must be able to setup/build project plans in MS Project.

Strong ability to drive due dates and identify risks/issues.

Should be open to managing Waterfall/hybrid project(s) & later pivot (if needed) to managing an Agile/Scrum project as a Scrum Master along with overall scope/time/cost/risk Mgmt of the project.

Must have executive level reporting skills.

Good communication skills (ability to cater based on audience).
