Responsibilities

Have excellent design skills
Have outstanding design graphic skills (hand drawing as well as computer graphics)
Knowledgeable of and have experience with construction methodologies and implementation
Capable of working with design teams and consultants through all design stages from concept through construction
Be able to supervise staff and lead teams to complete projects while meeting deadlines and budget requirements
Be able to prepare and oversee production of CD sets including hardscape, planting, landscape lighting, water features, construction details, and preparation of specification and bidding packages.
Be proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Microsoft Office Suite and GIS.
Have experience writing proposals

Required

Have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university
The candidate needs to be self-motivated, have great communication skills, be able to work independently and collaboratively with a team and have plenty of experience drafting construction documents.
