Responsibilities

Schedule and create PowerPoint presentations and reports for customers using PowerBI and Smartsheet

Assist in establishing administrative processes and procedures for the Project Management team including lien waivers, risk & compliance, local licensing requirements, document control, etc.

Maintain trackers and schedules with accurate project assignments that are reviewed and used company-wide

Partner with Scheduling, HR, and Project teams to support forecasting workloads and hiring requests from supervisors to meet staffing demands

Ensure team members on per diem are correctly assigned to the right project and prepare amounts owed to payroll for timely payment

Proactively review information, identify inconsistencies, and initiate improvements that will create value for the team and maximize profitability

Required

Experience working in the construction or manufacturing industry

Customer service experience

Experience working in Microsoft Office Suites

Ability to work full-time in the Scottsdale, AZ office

Preferred

EPC experience in Solar, Wind, BESS, conventional power or industrial project

Experience working and creating Smartsheets

Bachelor's degree
