Responsibilities
Directing all employee benefits channel sales and growth initiatives to develop, manage, and drive premium generation.
Developing channel business plans, targets and sales strategies based on company goals and market dynamics.
Providing ongoing forecasts for assigned partners on a monthly and annual basis.
Spearheading the launch of new partnerships with leading voluntary benefits brokers, overseeing all aspects of the onboarding process.
Maintaining a strong in-market presence by building and strengthening relationships with the current group of voluntary benefits brokers.
Expanding the partnership into new territories, identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities within the partner's network.
Attending meetings with distribution partners, seminars, trade shows and networking events.
Prospecting, on-boarding, and training new distribution brokers and agents.
Creating and executing plans to expand Fetch growth within current broker partners. Developing process to promote Fetch to additional offices and producers within the brokerage.
Tracking all partner activity including contacts, communications, revenue potential and updates.
Assisting in the constant improvement of business development, partner management, and onboarding processes.
Providing continual feedback to Fetch insurance, technology and product departments on channel and customer requirements.
As the channel grows, hiring and leading account representatives with assigned territories.

Required
This senior role requires at least 10+ years of total working experience and 6+ years of sales experience.
Minimum of 4 years experience employee benefits and group insurance distribution.
Experience hiring and leading a team of sales and account representatives.
Proven ability to drive significant revenue generation results from distribution partners.
Experience successfully developing and managing large national/ regional voluntary benefits and worksite brokers.
Understanding of insurance market dynamics, contracts and financials.
Ability to use data for analysis and decision making.
Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal and influencing skills.
