Responsibilities

Help develop and implement internal communications strategies with a focus on increasing employee engagement, building community, driving business imperatives, and reinforcing corporate culture and values.
Support implementation of corporate narrative within organization and ensuring delivery of holistic communications for site and field-based employees.
In partnership with Employee Communications Manager, bring internal communications strategies to life through compelling content that integrates creative design, video and digital media.
Support streamlined approach on site communications.
Serve as a collaborative partner with colleagues on broader communications team to help drive integrated communications execution.

Required

Proven excellence in writing, communications planning and strategy
Bachelor's degree in English, communications, journalism, public relations or related field
10 years communications or related business experience
Passion for creative, compelling and innovative communications
High level of personal accountability, sense of urgency and true belief in the power of communications
Demonstrated experience/ expertise in internal communications and employee engagement
Experience in healthcare industry
Savvy stakeholder management
Proven ability in working with all levels of employees, including executives
Solid corporate and business knowledge
Ability to inspire and influence
Team player that enjoys building partnerships at all levels within an organization
Demonstrated ability in prioritizing multiple projects
Works well under pressure and tight deadlines
