Responsibilities
The ability to give genuine, caring and compassionate service to all patients, community and peers.
Appointment scheduling and payment processing
Maintain office documents and client records
Thrives on the ever-changing priorities of a fast-paced environment.
Answering phones and corresponding via email with customers.
Maintain numerous schedules.
Assembling and preparing materials for customers.
Manage database and files as appropriate.
Customer service is an essential component of the position.

Required
2+ years of experience in front desk and/or administrative function
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
Detail oriented and technologically savvy
Ability to accurately review and edit information
Proficiency in Microsoft applications
Ability to multitask and excel under pressure
Positive, polished and professional attitude
Proficiency in using office equipment and phone systems
Demonstrate effective soft skills, active listening, ability to empathize with the customer’s situation and identify solutions based on established processes and procedure
Understanding of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
Candidate must be able to work exceptionally well in fast-paced team oriented environment
