Responsibilities
Collaborate with project teams to support and advance architectural projects using BIM concepts.
Create parametric families and Dynamo scripts, and utilize shared parameters in Revit.
Integrate BIM with project delivery, drawing sets, standardization, and integration.
Utilize AR/VR and real-time rendering technologies in architectural projects.
Promote collaborative work, mentor others, explore new technologies, and solve problems.

Required
Associate degree in Applied Science with a focus in Architectural Technology or a Bachelors degree in Architecture
Proficient in Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud
Ability to work well with others and build strong relationships with teammates and clients
Well-organized and enjoys problem-solving to support project teams
Strong knowledge of BIM concepts
Ability to understand and create parametric families in Revit
Ability to understand and create Dynamo scripts
Ability to understand and utilize shared parameters in Revit
Experience in integrating BIM with project delivery, drawing sets, standardization, and integration
Experience with AR/VR and real-time rendering technologies
Self-starter, enjoys teaching and mentoring others, promotes collaborative work, possesses an affinity for exploring new and emerging technologies, and is an engaged problem solver
Preferred
Working knowledge of Rhino + Grasshopper
Working knowledge of Navisworks
Working knowledge of content management platforms such as Avail
