Responsibilities
Plan, design, and implement manufacturing and assembly processes for new product development
Manage the New Product Introduction build process. Report design and build issues.
Work with design engineers to determine critical-to-function features and best methods for quality and reliability
Review fabrication and assembly drawings for accuracy and tolerances
Design tooling and fixturing for production and quality control
Develop and optimize process flow and work instructions
Support low-volume production to verify process plans and targets
Maximize production efficiency by analyzing equipment layout, workflow, and assembly methods
Identify equipment/resource constraints and opportunities
Issue and answer Root Cause Corrective Actions using various methods

Required
BS in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering
Experience with AutoCAD, Inventor, Solid Works, and/or other types of CAD or 3D modeling software
Gerber/PCB software (viewers)
Microsoft Office
Minimum 2 years of electronics manufacturing experience
Understanding of ISO, IPC, and J-Standard
Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and assembly drawings
Strong written and verbal skills
Team leadership ability and exceptional organizational skills
