Responsibilities

Lead and grow the product team.

Build, mentor, and lead a world-class team of product managers.

Define the product vision, strategy, metrics, and goals for the whole company.

Gain deep empathy for and understanding of our users’ needs.

Create alignment across product teams and cross-functional leaders through clear communication and strategic influence.

Connect the dots across experiences and teams to create a cohesive customer experience.

Actively collaborate with other leaders to source and recruit the best talent to Wonders.

Required

You have 15+ years of product management experience, managing software products from inception through launch and iteration.

You have 7+ years experience building, mentoring, and leading world-class teams of product managers.

You have technical proficiency and effectiveness working with engineers.

You have a superior attention to detail with the ability to track multiple projects, stay on top of timelines, and deliver high quality outputs across several work-streams.

You have strong track record of product leadership and end to end ownership.

You have a proven ability to drive results and make decisions with imperfect information, and comfort managing teams through ambiguity and complexity.

You have experience building products from 0 to 1 in an unstructured environment.

Preferred

You have experience in a consumer-driven industry with a passion for the customer.

You have an BS / MS / PhD in Computer Science or related field.

You have experience working at a SaaS company.

You have a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality with current or prior experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative, highly ambiguous environment frequently wearing more than one hat.
