Responsibilities

Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff or products, scheduling appointments when necessary.
Answer incoming calls, schedule sales appointments, confirm appointments via email and phone calls, and update performance metrics.
Transfer calls to available staff, take service department calls, attend open houses for support, and manage incoming/outgoing mail.
Encourage sales staff, update customer information in the CRM, generate referrals/reviews, and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain a professional office environment and handle physical demands as needed.
Ensure customers receive exceptional service for inquiries, order status, and service requests.
Participate in sales coordination and support the office team as required.

Required

Ability to stay motivated and aggressive throughout the entire shift
Administrative task oriented
Interacting with customers in a positive manner daily
Greet people entering the showroom and match them with staff or products
Answer incoming calls and set sales appointments
Transfer calls and send emails to staff when unavailable
Take calls for service department and forward to the appropriate individual
Collect and distribute mail and packages
Encourage sales staff and praise their sales
Accurately enter all customer information into company CRM
Generate referrals/reviews via phone calls to current customers
Ensure customers are treated with an excellent experience for inquiries, questions, order status, and service requests
Frequent sitting, walking, and standing, occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and balancing
Frequent use of eye, hand, and finger coordination for office machinery
Oral and auditory capacity for interpersonal communication
Eligibility for benefits after 90 days of employment
