Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage all necessary resources throughout the project.
Ensure project plans are accomplished on time meeting quality standards and margin goals.
Lead and communicate with team members, subcontractors, and vendors.
Develop and maintain client relationships.
Administer financial aspects of contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
Assist in pre-job planning and vendor selection.
Manage project milestones, safety, and mobilization.
Handle financial management including payments, cash flow, and forecasts.
Manage change orders and project closeout processes.
Write timely notices, secure change order authorizations, and ensure safe project execution.
Review and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering or applicable discipline plus a minimum of 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education training and/or experience.
Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office suite.
Must have understanding of construction terms, estimating, purchasing, scheduling and planning concepts.
Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedule.
Proven written and verbal communication abilities.
