Responsibilities
Develop and manage product roadmaps for customer (shopper) identity across web sites and mobile applications, aligned to strategic goals and technical needs.
Partner with ad sales team, engineering, and data science to produce data requirements and build privacy-compliant identity technologies.
Analyze industry trends, conduct competitive analysis, and identify opportunities in advertising technology and retail media driven by customer identity solutions.
Establish metrics to track the impact of improvements in customer identity on revenue and growth targets.
Build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, gaining alignment and buy-in.
Navigate and solve problems within a complex matrix environment.
Develop and manage product roadmaps for user experiences of advertisers and internal ad delivery team, aligned to strategic goals and technical needs.
Partner with ad sales team, client success, and engineering to produce functional and UX requirements for advertiser interfaces.
Analyze industry trends, conduct competitive analysis, and identify opportunities in advertising technology and retail media driven by front-end user experiences.
Establish metrics to track the impact of user experience improvements on revenue and growth targets.
Build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, gaining alignment and buy-in.
Navigate and solve problems within a complex matrix environment.
Collaborate with partners who source coupons and spearhead initiatives to enhance the consumer experience.
Take ownership of each idea, engage with stakeholders, and ensure timelines are met.
Navigate the integration of Order Management Systems (OMS) and loyalty programs.
Set high-level, long-term goals for digital coupons, envision the future direction, and explore opportunities for innovation.
Build a solid product with an easy-to-use flow for coupons, ensuring a seamless experience for consumers.
Understand how advertising works and make changes to concepts to prioritize different items/products.
Build and launch complex B2B ad platforms at scale and provide product direction to meet customer needs.
Develop vision, strategies, and foster collaborative relationships within complex, matrixed organizations.
Utilize familiarity with machine learning, predictive analytics, and optimization.
Analyze large amounts of data and insights with an analytical mindset.
Demonstrate a passionate technologist with a growth hacker mindset and business acumen.

Required
Expertise in Audience Management, Adtech, Coupons & Promotion, or Yield Management / Inventory Management
