Responsibilities

Provide leadership and set the direction for Etsy’s suite of policy-violating detection systems, guiding a team of machine learning engineers and applied scientists.

Collaborate with Product, Design, Research, Analytics, and other teams to develop plans that align with business goals, while delivering new evaluation and classification systems.

Support the career growth of engineers through communication and mentorship.

Undertake additional tasks as required, with job duties subject to change.
