Responsibilities
Participate in multi-area focus teams in troubleshooting process problems and area improvements.
Write concise process-related ECN’s, when appropriate.
Keep up to date on area changes.
Follow and improve reaction mechanisms and procedures for process control of OOS and OOC conditions.
Analyze metrology, RDA, inline, probe and/or param data to understand process issues and drive to root cause.
Analyze common failures and report data to internal customers.
Manage and resolve germ holds using post-maintenance qualifications (PMQ) requirements when required in support of chamber/tool release plan compliance (PLOT).
Assist in OOC reduction and reaction optimization efforts.
Maintain compliance to department metrics and identify the sources of recurrent issues and maintain an action plan for resolution.
Demonstrate knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques.
Manage revision and continuing improvement of PMQ, qual strategies and reaction plans for SPC OOC, FD, and other control plans.
Implement and sustain nth of a kind improvements once developed and tested.
Understand area technical language.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Chemical engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical engineering or related field
