Responsibilities

Lead the deployment and operation of Cisco SaaS capabilities in multiple instances of cloud service provider's IaaS systems for US Government environments.

Utilize industry standard DevOps and CloudOps tools to build, deploy, and operate cloud services.

Work with cross-functional teams internally and externally to pursue government cloud deployments and certifications.

Ensure compliance with US Government security clearance requirements.

Required

U.S. Person (i.e., U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee)

Eligible for a US Government security clearance

Bachelor's degree with 8 years of related experience, or Masters degree with 6 years in computer science, information technology or other related field, or equivalent professional experience

Strong Amazon (AWS) Cloud Infrastructure deployment experience

Hands-on experience with containerized computing platforms. E.g., ECS, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.

Extensive experience with serverless design patterns (Lambdas, etc.), Infrastructure-as-Code: Terraform, CloudFormation, configuration pipelines (CI/CD), etc.

Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure deployment and services

Knowledge of DevOps tools and processes

Operating across multiple instances of readily available cloud service provider's IaaS systems both public and private
