Responsibilities
Act as a main point of contact for TPA clients, brokers, actuaries, excess carriers, and Davies Claims North America management for reports and dashboard inquiries
Build and maintain strong and long-term relationships with clients
Monitor Reports Ticketing system for assignment, preparation, and completion of standard report requests
Coordinate completion of customized reports with IS internal department including Ad Hoc set up
Train clients on system navigation, dashboards, and running standard library of reports as needed
Analyze client data to ensure validity
Provide FROI and FNOL entry training for clients as needed
Provide internal training to staff as needed
Update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) with client and broker contacts
Assist in the onboarding process for new clients
Act as a backup for the Account Manager position
Provide assistance with special projects as requested

Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
3-5 years in the insurance and claims industry
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and various other software programs such as Power BI
Demonstrate exceptional presentation and public speaking skills
Must have US work rights
Must speak English
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Previous work experience as an Account Manager
