Responsibilities
Leads and manages internal and external resources to deliver on product development, equipment systems, and other projects.
Collaborates internally with various departments to build project scope and plans.
Interfaces with customers to ensure accurate and timely communication of project status, delivery, and installation.
Develops project milestones and KPIs.
Ensures alignment and needed organizational resources are available to achieve project goals.
Delegates tasks and ensures follow-up.
Creates, shares, and maintains project documentation.
Provides monthly reporting of project progress, reports, escalates issues, and performs risk management.
Applies ITW Principles 80/20 and USa to eliminate complexity and improve profitability.
Participates in teams and plays a lead role in the collection and analysis of data for projects.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Required
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required
3 to 5 years relevant experience
Demonstrated ability to produce results within a team environment
Excellent business analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent time management, prioritization abilities and project management
Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with experience in communicating and working with remote staff
Proficient in the knowledge and use of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, Access)
