Responsibilities
Plan and manage renovation projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Collaborate with clients, designers, teammates and subcontractors to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
Develop detailed briefs, schedules and budgets, and communicate these effectively to all stakeholders.
Supervise subcontractors and construction crews, providing guidance, support, and resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise.
Conduct regular remote site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Track project expenses, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure projects stay within budget.
Own client communication from the moment the project signs with sales through project completion.
Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure their satisfaction throughout the renovation process.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and closeout documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Be available evenings and weekends for subcontractor communication.
Please note, this position is 1099, does not give preference to any timezone, and is paid on a per project commission.

Required
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on STR renovations or remodeling projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and regulations.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Must have prior experience being the point of contact for the client throughout the lifecycle of the project.
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
Experience working with subcontractors and managing vendor relationships.
Commitment to quality, attention to detail, and client satisfaction.
