Responsibilities

Lead a project team to develop an understanding of how multiple services are coordinated to support tenants living in permanent supportive housing (PSH)

Produce training materials for front-line workers in those systems

Engage with multiple partners including people with lived experience of homelessness

Lead in-person and virtual focus groups and team meetings

Develop an overall project plan

Lead weekly team meetings

Attend key stakeholder meetings

Take and analyze notes from meetings

Monitor project progress

Present findings to stakeholder groups
