Responsibilities

Designing control systems to minimize costs and production issues
Review production schedules, processes, specifications
Develop and maintain accurate labor management and production standards
Create interactive dashboards and scorecards to improve operations execution, empower associates, and provide insights on how to improve efficiencies
Support LMS (labor management system), WMS (warehouse management system), and MHE (machine handling equipment) projects to improve operational efficiency
Research and conduct cost-benefit and data analysis to support continuous improvement projects through the stages of ideation, prioritization, and execution
Evaluate new technologies from POC (Proof of Concept) through implementation stages and stay up to date on industry innovations
Support facilities team on projects and AutoCAD designs

Required

Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Experience with engineered labor standards, doing time studies and pre-determined motion time systems
Experience in warehouse operations, Supply chain and Logistics
Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Labor Management system (LMS) in a RF and Voice selection environment
