Responsibilities
Developing new processes and enhancements.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure that production meets customer needs.
Investigating and implementing new manufacturing technologies and techniques to improve production processes.
Ensuring that processes meet industrial and safety standards.
Creating process documentation, including work instructions, time studies, Process Specifications.
Collaborating with other staff and technicians to develop new processes to meet product spec.
Staying up to date with industry trends and developments in manufacturing technology.
Troubleshoot and resolve process issues related to product manufacturability.
Working with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving measures.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related experience.
5+ years of experience working in manufacturing environment with at least 3 years experience leading projects.
Strong understanding of Automation and Semi-Automation production processes, equipment, and quality control.
Leadership skills and the ability to motivate others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -verbal and written
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in relevant software and technologies.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexible to work different shifts as needed.
Preferred
Experience with Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodology is a plus.
