Responsibilities

Assess business needs and gather requirements for system updates and enhancements of the myCalPERS system.

Implement design changes based on gathered requirements.

Support the Benefits I Unit within the Enterprise Solutions Development Division (ESDD).

Work under general supervision of the Information Technology Supervisor II.

Experience leading the process of gathering and documenting customer design requirements, and executing a solution based on those requirements gathered.

Experience in cultivating and maintaining effective relationships within a project team consisting of both technical and non-technical team members. What approaches, techniques or tools did you use?
