Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with commercial real estate brokers to address marketing needs and objectives.

Serve as the main point of contact for coordinating property information packages and distributing marketing materials.

Assist in creating and customizing various marketing materials like property flyers, presentations, and brochures.

Manage property listings on multiple online platforms to ensure accuracy and visibility.

Coordinate the production and distribution of promotional materials, signage, and advertisements for property listings.

Support digital marketing initiatives such as email marketing and maintain the company's property database and CRM systems.

Coordinate visual projects like property photography and videography for marketing purposes.

Assist in event planning and coordination for property tours and client events.

Provide administrative support by preparing proposals, presentations, and communication materials.

Operate production room equipment for printing and binding marketing materials and generate standard reports for database maintenance.
