Responsibilities
Construct well-developed project plans that consider resources, constraints, vendor partners, external dependencies, and risks. Monitoring continuous progress through the life cycle.
Provide continuous communication to stakeholders at all levels in the organization, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Use deep knowledge of Windows-based Personal Computing Platforms to deliver the project.
Coordinate with IT teams, system administrators, and other relevant personnel to execute the Windows 11 and PC uplift.
Manage project documentation, including status reports, change requests, and communication plans.
Partner with cross-functional teams on requirements and schedules.
Development of communication materials such as project plans, implementation plans, and change.
Work together with technology teams to understand issues and risks to delivery and then develop mitigation plans to address the issues and risks.
Manage the finances for the project ensuring alignment to committed budget.
Work with project stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly articulated, documented, and communicated.
Deliver projects in support of Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity.

Required
Deep knowledge of Windows-based Personal Computing Platforms
Experience in managing IT projects, specifically related to infrastructure and information security
Ability to construct well-developed project plans considering resources, constraints, vendor partners, external dependencies, and risks
Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels in the organization
Experience in coordinating with IT teams, system administrators, and other relevant personnel
Proficiency in managing project documentation, including status reports, change requests, and communication plans
Experience in managing project finances and ensuring alignment to committed budget
Ability to ensure project requirements are clearly articulated, documented, and communicated
Experience in delivering projects in support of Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity
Preferred
Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
Experience in leading and facilitating successful project implementations
Experience in developing communication materials such as project plans, implementation plans, and change
Participation in OrangePeople monthly team meetings and team-building efforts
Contribution to technical discussions, peer reviews, etc., within OrangePeople
Contribution to OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base
Providing status reports to OP Account Management as requested
