Responsibilities
Collecting data for site analysis on existing store locations.
Assisting in market planning, lease negotiations, and execution.
Engaging with various stakeholders to execute real estate strategy.
Managing broker relationships and expanding new store strategy.
Identifying new markets for strategic store placements.
Assisting with documentation and administrative tasks.

Required
1-3 years Commercial Real Estate experience. Commercial Real Estate Brokers and/ or Commercial Leasing Associate encouraged.
Retail experience highly preferred, alternatively office, industrial, or multi-family experience ok
Proficiency in PowerPoint, with the ability to build decks for executive review and presentations
Proficiency in Excel and the ability to understand historical data
Tech savvy and can multi-task within multiple programs and apps simultaneously
Experience owning complex projects from analysis through implementation
Effective at making balanced decisions and thinking strategically
Analytical and data-driven – uses data to measure success, learn, iterate, and improve business
Effective communicator– can deliver messages that foster buy-in and engagement and clearly articulates objectives and company's strategy
Team-oriented, with high integrity and works well with others
Willing and able to learn new concepts, assignments, and projects and can catch up quickly
Can work independently on assignments, while still maintaining a positive sense of collaboration with the team
Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
