Responsibilities

Design, implement, monitor, and maintain manufacturing processes and work instructions to meet organization objectives.

Utilize expertise in SMT, IPC, FMEA, and AutoCAD to improve process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards.

Prepare product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

Identify, analyze, and diagnose quality problems and deficiencies in the manufacturing process, devise solutions, and oversee the implementation of those solutions.

Develop and implement systems that optimize all phases of the production process.

Provide technical expertise and training to other team members.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and cost reductions.

Ensure all safety and compliance measures are met within the process design and execution.
