Responsibilities
Curriculum Development: Design, develop, & implement instructional materials, including course outlines, lesson plans, presentations, & assessments.
Instructional Design: Apply instructional design principles & methodologies to create effective learning experiences that promote learner engagement & knowledge retention.
Content Creation: Develop multimedia content, including videos, interactive simulations, & e-learning modules, to enhance the learning experience.
Needs Analysis: Conduct needs assessments & learner analysis to identify learning objectives, content requirements, & instructional strategies.
Collaboration: Collaborate with subject matter experts, trainers, & stakeholders to gather content, review materials, & incorporate feedback into course designs.
Technology Integration: Utilize educational technology tools & learning management systems to deliver & manage course content effectively.
Evaluation and Assessment: Design formative & summative assessments to measure learning outcomes & evaluate the effectiveness of instructional materials.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality & accuracy of instructional materials through thorough review & testing processes.
Professional Development: Stay current with industry trends, best practices, & emerging technologies in instructional design & educational technology.

Required
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field.
Minimum 5 years experience in instructional design, curriculum development, & e-learning development.
Proficiency in instructional design software, learning management systems, & multimedia authoring tools (e.g., Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, WorkRamp).
Strong understanding of adult learning principles, learning theories (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), & instructional design models.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information clearly & engagingly.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects & deadlines simultaneously.
Creative problem-solving skills & a passion for innovation in learning design.
Ability to work independently & collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred
Experience working in corporate training, higher education, or professional development is a plus.
