Responsibilities

Conduct experimental laboratory work with magnetic characterization systems

Perform micromagnetic modeling and integration with experimental data sets

Work independently and collaborate effectively in an interdisciplinary environment

Explore and understand the physics of complex nanomagnetic heterostructures

Required

A Ph.D. in Materials Science, Physics, or a related discipline with 1-3+ years of experience

Strong, demonstrated experimental and theoretical background in magnetism, and advanced transmission electron microscopy applied to nanostructures

Experience in thin film and nanostructure synthesis, vdW heterostructure fabrication and lithographic patterning

Strong demonstration of communication skills through peer-reviewed journal papers, and scientific conference presentations
