Responsibilities

Participate on cross-functional teams to develop packaging and labeling from early development through commercial launch phases to ensure all internal and external packaging compliance and documentation requirements are met

Troubleshoot packaging and labeling-related issues in manufacturing and assist with failure investigations, and non-conformance and CAPA activities

Create and execute packaging protocols/reports to ensure the packaging system meets/performs to set requirements. Support qualification of sealing/packaging equipment/processes in manufacturing

Lead packaging and labeling projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity and Work on packaging solutions that will help reduce overall CO2 omissions globally and minimize our carbon footprint

Interpret internal/external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes or services; use sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgement and identify innovative solutions

Required

Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 2+ years of related work experience or a Master's degree with 0-2 years experience

Must have a knowledge of ISO, MDR, ISTA and ASTM standards and regulatory requirements

The position requires a high degree of organizational skills, adaptability, creative decision making, and technical problem-solving abilities.

Travel to US and global manufacturing sites may be required (~10% travel)

Preferred

Labeling software, specifically Labelview

Cold-chain packaging

Validation of packaging related equipment such as printers, sealers, and similar
