Responsibilities

Spearhead the development and implementation of AI-first product features by crafting the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution to advance AI products at Duolingo.

Drive product features through their entire creative cycle: ideation, specification, development, release, analysis, and iteration.

Lead other product managers.

Perform qualitative and quantitative research to discover feature ideas and validate them before development.

Collaborate with a wide range of collaborators, including teams in research, product design, and engineering.

Be responsible for hitting the key performance indicators you are entrusted with.

Required

10+ years of product management or related industry experience

Experience building generative AI consumer products

Experience leading other product managers and generating outstanding results

Ability to use user insights, data, and statistical analyses to inform decisions

An instinct for creating simple and intuitive mobile user experiences

A desire to build 0-1 products from the ground up

Demonstrated strong leadership, organizational, and execution skills, along with proven communication abilities

Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degrees in Computer Science, Design, Engineering, Applied Sciences, or equivalent
