Responsibilities
Review and update property records in property database, ensuring accuracy.
Prepare reports on property and material review, inventory planning, and government property reports.
Coordinate property surveillance reviews and annual inventories at supplier sites.
Engage with internal and external customers and regulatory agencies.
Lead property management system analysis and audits.
Assist in program management and provide guidance to team members.
Maintain property accountability records and arrange disposal of surplus material.
May require occasional irregular hours and travel.

Required
High School diploma with 5 years of relevant education or work experience
Computer proficiency level using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint)
Experience government property management as basic
US citizenship is required
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree (Major in business, logistics, or supply chain) with 3 years of experience
1ERP/SAP experience Familiarity with Automated Property Management
Combined experience in material/equipment control, inventory, requisitioning/purchasing, logistics (warehousing) and management experience
Strong organizational, time management experience
Demonstrate ability to create, monitor and report on all property operations metrics
Experience supporting U.S. government customers & contracts, FAR/DFAR
Internal and external audit experience
Strong quality assurance/control experience
