Responsibilities

Work on DRAM or Flash semiconductor memory products manufactured by the company.
Monitor electrical metrics related to reliability and outgoing product quality.
Identify, contain, and dispose of any non-conforming products.
Drive projects to improve product quality and reliability.
Collaborate with process engineering groups to understand failure mechanisms and implement corrective actions.
Provide product quality improvement through Electrical Failure Analysis, data mining, and new part qualification support.
Monitor global quality dashboard and investigate reliability metrics.
Lead analysis of multiple data sources and provide feedback to customers.
Work with other engineering groups for continuous improvement actions.
Proactively identify potential quality and reliability concerns.
Apply advanced principles to detect and evaluate reliability issues.
