Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures for DEI compliance at local, national, and regional levels.
Ensure adherence to OFCCP obligations, prepare affirmative action plans, and fulfill reporting requirements.
Navigate global regulatory frameworks related to DEI and anti-discrimination laws.
Conduct audits to identify areas for improvement in DEI initiatives.
Integrate DEI compliance considerations into business processes and decision-making.
Stay updated on DEI legislation changes, provide guidance to maintain alignment with standards.
Monitor data metrics, identify trends, and propose improvement strategies.
Collaborate with internal departments to align DEI compliance efforts with organizational objectives.

Required

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, or a related field; advanced degree or certification in DEI, compliance, or a relevant field is preferred.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR, compliance, or DEI-related roles, with a focus on OFCCP and similar regulatory compliance.
Proven experience in regulatory/compliance management, specifically in the context of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Experience in data collection, interpretation, and management, vital for successful completion of required regulatory filings and reporting.
Solid understanding of DEI laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence collaborators at all levels.
Analytical mentality with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and implement effective compliance strategies.
Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering training programs on DEI compliance.
Diligent, proactive, communicative and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, partners, and effectively.
