Responsibilities
Provide strategic and program leadership for bioconjugation programs to drive program and chemistry strategy and execution
Mentor and train team members in scientific aspects
Utilize innovative synthetic and biochemistry problem-solving skills to impact bioconjugation programs
Identify and validate new targets/strategies through collaborative engagement with the external scientific community
Establish external scientific presence through significant publications and presentations

Required
Ph.D. in chemistry or related field with eight (8) years of relevant industry experience in drug discovery and bioconjugation
Experience in leading bioconjugate programs to deliver high quality clinical candidates
Experience in mentoring and training junior scientists
