Responsibilities

Wondery month end close processes

Partner reporting, accounts payable troubleshooting, manual ad revenue operations support, and order to cash workstreams.

Improvement of processes impacting accounting month-end close through process streamlining and automation

Technical accounting analysis of new business events, such as new contracts, new products or new distribution channels, to ensure appropriate recognition and disclosure of such events in the consolidated financial statements of Amazon.com, Inc.

Support of new product and geographical launches

Required

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field

3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience

Preferred

CPA, or CFA

Experience in accounting management in Big Four with Fortune 500 clients

Experience in identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes

Experience in accounts receivable or account payable

Knowledge of GAAP research tools and the FASB codification

Familiarity with Netsuite or other cloud-based ERP systems
