Responsibilities
Apply industrial engineering techniques to improve schedule performance, productivity, and quality
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvement projects
Conduct capacity analysis and develop plans for improvement
Establish methods to maximize utilization of production facilities and personnel
Implement new processes and standards to support functional results
Identify new techniques for integration into production processes
Recommend facility and equipment layouts to meet delivery and cost targets
Drive engagement and project closure to achieve results
Assist and lead in the implementation of CORE Methods & Tools

Required
Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
Preferred
Experience using continuous improvement tools including LEAN, ACE, Six Sigma, etc.
SAP experience
Software / data science & analytics (SQL, Tableau, etc.) experience
Software Development Experience (Python, VB, Etc.)
Strong project management skills
Experience with indirect influence, interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to drive results
Ability to communicate and present to all levels of the organization
