Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain dynamic BI solutions using tools such as Microsoft SSIS, Hitachi Pentaho, Power BI, Qlik, and Tableau.
Design and develop processes to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into data warehouses and data marts.
Create and maintain interactive and visually appealing, and Section 508 compliant, reports and dashboards.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BI solutions, providing timely support and resolution of incidents.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
Optimize and tune solutions for performance and scalability.
Conduct data analysis to support business decision-making and strategy formulation.
Maintain various technical and user-facing documentation, such as design specifications, user guides, and troubleshooting procedures.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience
Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
Proficiency in Microsoft SSIS and/or Hitachi Pentaho for ETL development.
Experience with Power BI, Qlik, and/or Tableau for data visualization.
Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python and R) in support of data manipulation and analysis.
Knowledge and experience with Section 508 compliance requirements for accessibility.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
