Responsibilities

Hybrid analyst role (Linguistics + Data Analysis)

Analyzing large data sets and generating insights

Defining metrics to evaluate the success of new features

Ensuring timely completion of projects

Collaborating with leadership and engineering teams to prioritize features

Creating insights reports and presentations

Vetting new algorithms and features

Training and leading fellow Analysts

Required

Native or fluent in a regional language: English (or insert regional language needed)

French, Swedish, German and Portuguese (Portugal), Danish, Dutch

Expertise in analyzing large data sets, problem-solving and generating insights that improve user experience for Services

Experience with data-querying (SQL, etc.), and familiarity with a scripting language for data processing and development (e.g., Python)

Experience working with Tableau or other data visualization technologies and the ability to design striking and informative dashboards and reports

Strong verbal and written communication and presentations skills to naturally explain difficult technical topics for business partners and leaders to comprehend easily

High tolerance for ambiguity. Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment

Experience/interest in working across different global cultures and languages. Knowledge of other languages

Ability to work effectively in a team environment with exceptional interpersonal skills. work cross-functionally with other Apple organizations including product and application development teams

Willingness to be proactive in bringing new, innovative ideas to the table
