Responsibilities
Design and assort print and graphics for Kids and Baby clothing collections.
Create clean, color-separated, and in-repeat patterns within defined product and material technical restrictions.
Develop colorways using defined color palettes.
Collaborate with the Design team to prepare leadership presentations, including sketch filling and line sheet support.
Ensure timely delivery of proofs and quick turnaround for printing.

Required
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Print & Graphic Design.
At least 2+ years of experience in designing for children's/baby brands
Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (minimum 6+ years) and Illustrator.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong creative ability with a deep understanding of color harmony and elevated design aesthetics.
Strong illustration skills.
Excellent communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of materials and printing techniques.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Preferred
Familiarity with Miro is a plus.
Experience in retail web design is a plus.
