Responsibilities

Assist the Marketing Director in developing marketing plans and budgets to support business objectives and growth; support the launch of new services and business lines.
Coordinate timeline and implementation of various initiatives across multiple businesses including SEO/SEM, search and social paid advertising, content creation, social media, email campaigns, websites, conferences, events, among others; assist in developing strategic partnerships / co-marketing programs and relationships.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives using analytics tools and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Assist in planning and coordinating events, conferences, sponsorships, and webinars, to enhance brand visibility and generate/convert leads.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with digital marketing tools and techniques
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Knowledge of SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing best practices
Experience with analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance

Preferred

Experience in B2B marketing
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
Graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite)
