Responsibilities

Provide analysis of the performance of campaigns across markets and product lines building up a set of best practices over time. Pulling CRM data from the client’s proprietary data lake hosted in Snowflake.

Work with both agency and client teams on improving the efficiency with which data is collected, organized, and analyzed.

Promote the use of data and objective decision making across PlayStation and its marketing partners.

Ensure senior stakeholders understand the value of good data management. How it can lower the costs over time by powering automation and autonomise decision making

Work with marketing teams and strategy teams on implementing a measurement framework Specifically in your case focusing on how groups of customers are being impacted by the collection of best practices we have.

Support efforts to explore the role AI will play in understanding customers and how we market to them.
