Marketing Lead Qualification Specialist

Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for all inbound leads from tradeshows, events, and digital marketing activities
Engage with leads to qualify the account and contacts for PCNA
Cultivate and build relationships with leads to maintain their interest in doing business with PCNA
Coordinate and troubleshoot the account setup process including forms and website login
Educate customers on PCNA website, products, services, and order placement
Execute email outreach and make outbound calls to understand lead profile and priorities
Review incoming leads and assign to sales reps
Document opportunity summaries in CRM for effective handoff

Required
High School Equivalent or GED required.
Bachelor degree preferred
5 years’ experience in customer service, account management, business development, or related experience.
Experience in the promotional products industry a plus
Preferred
Experience with Powerpoint and Excel a plus
Experience with Highspot sales enablement tool a plus
