Senior Graphic Designer

Responsibilities
Work closely with our Creative Director to implement highly creative and strategic content across multiple brands and channels, including digital, print and video
Convert complex technical ideas into simple yet easy-to-understand designs
Create product merchandising materials based on established styles and uses
Design and create graphical content for email and social media campaigns
Conceptualize and create new sales and product materials
Offer new ideas, concepts, and designs to drive new business opportunities

Required
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred
Minimum of 4-6 years of professional graphic design experience required
Previous experience as a senior designer is highly desirable
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, pivot, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate concepts
Ability to work in a team and possesses collaborative conceptual thinking skills
Professional attitude with an upbeat positive outlook is a must
Patient, attentive, goal-oriented focus, with the ability to handle surprises and be flexible, possessing the ability to welcome and embrace change
